You guys should shop around for a fuel management system because the JWT program won't work well for the people running big turbbos . Its a good program for a baseline, but even fine tuning the ECU with an AFC or AFR won't be enough to get the most out of those big turbos. I currently have my AFR leaned out so much and my car is still running 10.0 up top and thats where the power is. The idle is set at about 14.3 but when boost starts coming on, BAM! 10.0 with lots of smoke in the rear :) I pressurized the system and found a couple of small leaks but after they were fixed. (Thanks Wcoffey) Same results. I won't even bother with the JWT ECU anymore. I am really anxious to try out the Zemulator. If that doesn't work, out goes the MAS and in comes the stand alone system. Still debating on which one. The car also doesn't feel smooth anymore across the powerband. The A/F ratio is screwing me because its lean,rich,lean, rich, rich etc.. It can't make up its mind. I won't lean out the AFR by 50% because that is just ridiculous . Just thought I would share my experience with the JWT ECU and TD06 turbos.
